Fox Glen Master ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY Update
Fox Glen Springs Forward with Community Improvements
📅 Posted: April 1, 2026 | ✍️ Sandie Rhodes, Fox Glen Master Association Board President
Lots going on this month. As spring brings renewed life with nature budding out everywhere, so is your Master Board working to bring renewal to Fox Glen. You’ll notice a lot of sprucing up and repairs being done throughout the community.
On April 14, Epperson Tree service will be in Fox Glen removing dangerous trees, cleaning up the dead trees near the playground and removing the nine Bradford Pear trees along the walkway by the bridge. These tree roots have cracked the walkway and are considered invasive. Once they are gone, new trees or bushes will be planted and the walkway repaired. The bridge is slated to be pressure washed and stained, as well.
The heated pool will open for the season on Mother’s Day, May 10 (weather permitting). We have a new pool maintenance company currently draining the pool to assess all parts so they can be repaired if needed. They will service the pool daily. The pool sheds will be painted, the deck furniture will be pressure washed and a new outdoor shower is being installed.
The HOA has a new handyman on site two days a month to handle ongoing maintenance needs. If you see something needing repair, please let us know by sending a message.
Key fobs continue to be distributed. If you have a key fob and haven’t used it, please try it to be sure it works. Some earlier fobs had issues. If you need a fob (up to two per owner), please click the Key Fob button and complete the appropriate form. Once we get it, we’ll get the key fobs to you. We hope to have the new key fob access to the pool area installed before the pool opens so you will need a fob to get into pool area.
In summary, the board is focused on sprucing up our community while keeping an eye on budget and providing homeowners with meaningful communication and attention to your concerns. We have a few events planned, as well, to bring us together for some old-fashioned community fun. We thank you for your support.
