Architectural Requests
Architectual Requests FAQs
Per our bylaws, if you plan to make any changes to the exterior or your home/yard (outside of already established flower beds), an ARC request must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval. The ARC request form can be found here. If you are using a contractor to complete work, you must also submit a copy of their certificate of insurance.
If you are unsure whether you need to submit an ARC Request, please err on the side of caution to avoid any unwanted violations or fines. Please contact us if you have additional questions. We are here to help!
NO, since nothing is changing on the exterior or your home, you do not need to submit an ARC Request.
YES! Please submit your request and upload the name and a sample screenshot of your proposed paint colors as well as your contractor’s Certificate of Insurance (COI). For your convenience, we have included the required Fox Glen Sherwin-Williams paint colors below.
YES! Please submit the request with a picture of the tree you wish to remove. Also include any plans to replant if applicable, and the contractors COI.
ONLY IF YOU ARE CHANGING SOMETHING – re-staining the same color or repairing something that is broken does NOT require an ARC Request; however, if you are changing or adding something, YES you should submit an ARC Request. Please submit the request with all details of what you will be doing. Provide colors samples if applicable and of course, provide a copy of your contractor’s insurance.
YES! Please submit the request with the details of what you will be adding. Please note that often fencing/lawn items require an updated property survey to accompany the request.
